1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.
❗ Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
Innerwear, personal care items, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or made-to-order products
3. Return Process
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
Share your order ID, product details, and images (if damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.
The product will be inspected upon receipt.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after successful quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days.
Shipping or courier charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear images or videos for verification
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Shipping Charges
Free shipping applies on orders above AED 250, as mentioned on the website.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.
